Roshven House, Lochaber, Scottish Highlands

New 2500 sq ft L-shaped courtyard house positioned on a hillside plateau above Roshven on the coast of Moidart. The one storey house consistes of a sleeping wing with open views across Loch Ailort and a living wing which has spectacular sea views towards the small Isles of Eigg and Rhum. The house will be clad in local stone from the nearby quarry. Steel and timber louvered shutters provide shading in the summer and storm-proofing in winter.hillside.

Due for completion August 2012.
