North Kelvinside, Conversion, Glasgow

The object of this conversion was to create a new mezzanine room to provide an additional 16m2 of floor space within this Grade B listed property. The balcony incorporated the innovative use of sand-blasted polycarbonate instead of significantly more expensive toughened glass.
