Crieff House

Energy efficient, 4 bedroom, 2000 sq ft new house designed to incorporate "Passivhaus" principles; located near Crieff Hydro, in Perthshire. The external finishes are slate and white render; the roof is finished in zinc. The plot is set within a conservation area and the design has been developed with sensitivity to the scale and character of the surrounding Victorian architecture.

Due for completion September 2012.
